Recently, accusations of racism have been made against management at The 377 Brewery. We publicly and unequivocally deny these allegations and condemn all forms of racism.
As minority business people, we have always stood for equal treatment of customers, patrons, employees, and guests. We have committed ourselves to welcoming and including every guest and our employees of all races, ethnicities, gender, and sex. Anyone who would state otherwise about the management of this business is engaged in divisive and hurtful conduct that is unappreciated and unwarranted. The 377 Brewery will take all legal avenues to protect our reputation and our good name as well as our employees and customers from any demeaning behavior.
Discriminatory behavior will never have a place at The 377 Brewery, and we invite and welcome any and all concerns, feedback, and opinions on this matter.
